A Variety of Finishes
Exposed beams, mantles and timbers of nearly any dimension and grade or "look" specification are achievable. These products are available rough sawn, sanded to a smooth finish on two or more sides, and treated for outdoor applications.

Early Selection
For most beams and mantles the grading process starts in the log yard. There, certain logs are chosen that meet the different requirements of the order. Length and width dimensions, along with grading factors are all considered before the log enters the mill.

Heart Pine Beams
Heart pine is also very popular in beam and mantle pieces. There are many other options, however, if heart pine does not meet your needs.
